Ther should be an option to talk to a human support for disputes etc. I have been trying to locate the shipment and to know where and when will the shipment arrive. The tracking always gives the same info . The shipment was supposed to arrive on 01st July as per the schedule. It was in dubai since 30th June. Days passes and the delivery dosent arrive and when tried to contact, the chat bots start annoying with same repeated information. This is a horrible and very annoying experience.
Bad service parcel was send out on Tuesday from Sandton to Limpopo and they pick up the parcel Friday midnight from Sandton

This is one of the horrible services ever i would never ever recommend it to anyone am very disappointed with aramax..i sent my parcel last week and i was told it would arrive same day...i have been tracking it till now not even a sign...this is hell of a service on earth and so stressful. You don't deserve any star its a ZERO
I sent my parcel on Friday morning from pietermaritzburg to George. On Monday afternoon I contacted aramex as the parcel was urgent. They could not tell me where the parcel was other than on route. When asked if we could collect the parcel I was told that they would not allow collection because they have covid regulations in place at there office. I found the customer care to be appalling and the staff to be extremely rude. Poor service all round from province to province.
This is not overnight couriers. Waiting since Thursday
