Had a parcel sent via drop box at a retail outlet in Jhb on Monday morning 29th Mar..Aramex claim 24hour delivery door 5o door After querying via email on Tues 30th abt 5he delivery time for my home Iin CPT . I was told that my parcel had not yet arrived at 5u3 CPT sorting depot. I was assured by Lee that the matter would be investigated as it appeared to be an Aramex team fault.....She "Lee" said she would call me first thing the next morning We'd 31 Mar to explain the delay and to prioritize my delivery once she was able to trace my parcel....Needless to say she never called back again. On querying the aClt depot by cell I was transferred to Nick a customer service consultant who assured me that I would receive my parcel by 3pm 31 Mar 21. I am now giving this review at 3.30pm We'd 31 Mar....still no delivery I therefore rate this company 00000 stars
