The worst Courier Company. My parcel was marked as "undeliverable because I was not available". I was home all day. They went to the wrong adres. Today my parcel has been prioritized and escalated. So far nothing. I would never use this company to Courier anything. The one star rating is a lie, because I can't go lower.

Probably the worst courtier company in Southern Africa. Firstly a week goes by without my parcel being delivered. Secondly the office in Ladysmith closes at 15:00 and not 17:00 as stated. No help at all. Never again.

Called the call center to track parcel -hold for ever and then cut you !!!

Terrible service. Would not advise anyone to use Aramex. They have no care whatsoever about their customers,very poor service. Parcels always get lost problems with delivering. The list is endless.
