Terrible service. Would not advise anyone to use Aramex. They have no care whatsoever about their customers,very poor service. Parcels always get lost problems with delivering. The list is endless.

I am the owner of Exclusive Jewellery Worx and use Aramex for as long as i can remember. But now i am in doubts about Aramex couriers. I dropped my customers parcel on the 18/01/2021 and today it is the 25/01/2021 and she haven't received her parcel yet. i phoned Silverton Pretoria Branch and asked them why my customer haven't received her parcel yet. The Lady told me they are not working over weekends. So the 18/01/2021 was a Monday (how many weekends does Aramex have in a week of 7 days? Last Year i had 3 customers who was waiting for more than 2 weeks. I phoned them and asked them what the delay was, they couldn't give me an answer. Just said, they did phoned the customer. But the customer confirmed that she haven't received any calls from Aramex. Then the other biggest issues i have with Aramex, THEY DON'T ANSWER THEY'RE PHONES. don't blame covid because it was before covid.

Neglegant company , lost my parcel containing passport. Disorganized, poorly trained customer care. Never use again.
