Terrible, for a more than a week now the parcel i courierd not delivered because they do not contact the recipient of the parcel claiming that he's unvailable

Parcel arrived in 2 days from shipping it and they worked through Christmas eve. Good service. I just wish I got more communication on where it was and when it was arriving.

I really don't understand your tracking system as the parcel was sent before 11h00 on the 21 Dec 2020 and it's still show Pretoria 16h23 and 18h40, sometime it's not yet with Aramex. Is this not supposed to be one day delivery.? I was expecting my parcel before 15h00 today 22 Dec 2020.

They promise a 72 hour delivery but my parcel was send in the 4th Dec and are still not delivered to the destination in Johannesburg.. Worse EVER!!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
