No telephonic support.. Very poor!
I really don't understand your tracking system as the parcel was sent before 11h00 on the 21 Dec 2020 and it's still show Pretoria 16h23 and 18h40, sometime it's not yet with Aramex. Is this not supposed to be one day delivery.? I was expecting my parcel before 15h00 today 22 Dec 2020.
They promise a 72 hour delivery but my parcel was send in the 4th Dec and are still not delivered to the destination in Johannesburg.. Worse EVER!!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!

Four years ago Aramex provided a reliable service, with effective communication. Management was friendly, helpful and even went the extra mile to keep its customers happy. Today Aramex is totally the opposit of what they were. I will not recommend them at all. They are useless, clueless and can not deliver on their promises, telling lies to hide their incompetence.
