One moment I'm on the system and then my tracking no could not be found!! Really, waiting since Friday last week for my parcel, today is Tuesday and nothing yet. Extremely bad service !!!!!!!!!

I am extremely irritated with the service, it seems to be very difficult to reach anyone whom can assist with tracking my parcels, My parcel no is: DBP46012903985 - Aramex is not as good as they used to be, delivery is much slower and very inefficient. Please try and get your service up to standard again.
you are not reliable
My parcel has been "out for delivery" for 3 days now and every time I phone Stellenbosch office the lady says it has been given to an agent but cannot tell me who or give me a contact number what pathetic service is this I've never had this problem with any other courier I have been phoning this office for 3 days and still nothing has arrived every day she just says it will be delivered today but nothing has, ridiculous.
