DO NOT EVER USE ARAMEX. DO NOT ever send anything with this company. They have constantly lost packages sent to me. Are unable to give any answers as to why. Have the worst customer service I've ever come across and even if they do manage to deliver they may just dump your package out the front where it will be stolen... Yes, I purchased 2 Phones over $1000 and they left them sitting on my front fence, never to be seen again. When I contacted them they said they had no record of the item and other times they have said they are looking into it, only to send a message 3 minutes later saying the issue has been resolved when nothing had been fixed or sorted out. If you like to lose things. Give away your money. Waste your time trying to get them back and being treated like nothing more than pond scum, use Aramex

My parcel was send to PE, after it was in the Sandton Hub and my address said Centurion. How can this mistake happen. Now I have to wait another day for my parcel.
