I am not happy because the driver who was delivering my parcel did not phone me but instead when he arrive where I am staying he use my neighbour's phone to call me so I can't call him back because when I call the number called it goes to my neighbour.

My Fault...In did not follow instructions properly but once Aramex (Tesner) was alerted they solved the problem immediately.... very impressed!

We use Aramex a lot for deliveries (weekly). The parcels reach their destiny within 48hours as promised, sometimes even quicker. Only in lock-down time over province borders did it take longer. I am happy with their service. Especially seeing as it is from Store to the doorstep of the receiver. Thank you Aramex.
