My Fault...In did not follow instructions properly but once Aramex (Tesner) was alerted they solved the problem immediately.... very impressed!
We use Aramex a lot for deliveries (weekly). The parcels reach their destiny within 48hours as promised, sometimes even quicker. Only in lock-down time over province borders did it take longer. I am happy with their service. Especially seeing as it is from Store to the doorstep of the receiver. Thank you Aramex.
Very bad service

Absolutely Poor Service. Marloth Park from Nelspruit only gets deliver on a Friday. It only a hour away from Nelspruit. No Aramex bad but bad service.......................
Very unhappy with the service, I tried tracking my parcel online apparently the number cannot be tracked. I tried calling head office and nobody is picking up the phone. My last option is to email my complaint but on a serious note, no company who claims to courier overnight should ever put their customers through so much trouble. This is the last time I use this service and before you ask I will never recommend it to anyone, it's not like they are the only courier company in South Africa.
Not happy about the service . The overnight parcel is three days later still not delivered. Courier guy phoned the reciever and she confirmed she is at home and waiting. Now the guy says there were nobody home which is lie there was not even a missed call from the security gate. The parcel was send 24 Augut 2020 and today its Thursday 27 August 2020 - remember its an overnight delivery . I personally phoned the corier guy 's cell nr 0685790365 said nobody answered the security gate call. And if its not delivered today then tomorrow or next week ! Is that overnight ? Worst courier service ever .
