Bad service, delivery done during awkward hours 7am....they only call once if you dont answer they pass. Not sure if I will still get my parcel

Parcel was not collected by the courier but the company advises that the sender did not know anything about the collection. Sender advises that nobody form the the courier company came to collect the parcel & they were open the entire day waiting for the courier company

struggling for a week just to get hold of someone at Aramex!!!!!!!!! Most awful service ever!!!!!!!!!

The services is very slow. Three weeks passed and I have been waiting for my parcel. I call all the time sometimes the phones are not answered and at times they say my tracking number is not available on the system. I'll never use Aramax ever again

Parcel was processed last Friday only received half the parcels on Thursday afternoon still waiting for other half. A whole week to courier from Durban to pretoria
