Very bad, I've been waiting for my package for 3 weeks nw it's not even in the system when when I try to track it, it does not appear even worse their call center agents ere not picking up calls

i HAVE BEEN AWAITING DELIVERY OF A PARCEL PNA60236298167 SINCE THURDAY, 8TH july. All I ever get in response to my endless attempts to obtain clarity on why the delay is so extended when I go into the app or phone the 021 5268600 is never ending drivel about how good your service is and from my current experience it is exactly the opposite. I keep hearing about 18000 employees across the globe and I cannot get to speak to one of them. It is Sunday, 12th July,1056 hours, AND MY PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHY???? MY CELL NUMBER IS 0825364596. MY email is firstname.lastname@example.org. My delivery address is Flat Number 10, Kunene Apartment Complex, 5 Bien Donne Street, Pinelands, Cape Town 7405. I live alone, I am 80 years old and the parcel I am waiting for is critical medical product. Why can you not do something to rectify this shocking service.,
