i HAVE BEEN AWAITING DELIVERY OF A PARCEL PNA60236298167 SINCE THURDAY, 8TH july. All I ever get in response to my endless attempts to obtain clarity on why the delay is so extended when I go into the app or phone the 021 5268600 is never ending drivel about how good your service is and from my current experience it is exactly the opposite. I keep hearing about 18000 employees across the globe and I cannot get to speak to one of them. It is Sunday, 12th July,1056 hours, AND MY PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHY???? I live alone, I am 80 years old and the parcel I am waiting for is critical medical product. Why can you not do something to rectify this shocking service.,
