waiting for my package since 23 June todag is 8 July.....not satisfied
I couriered a parcel with urgent medication, on the 24th of June, Aramex George told me on the 26th, only the next week, on the 30th of June, I phoned George again, they will phone me back. Till today no phone call, I drove to George on the 5th of July, place closed. the same day I notice an apology for Covid19. My question is WHY NOT INFORMING CUSTOMERS ALREADY ON THE 25th of June, I could have shipped with another method new medicine to my daughter.

I should have just fetched my good on person, parcel sent on 4th July, today is the 7th, pta to jhb really disappointed

Extremely Poor. Unable to get updates from parcel that arrived in SAfrica on 23 rd June telephonically no response. Tracking only states arrival date. Unbelievable shocking Service.
