I couriered a parcel with urgent medication, on the 24th of June, Aramex George told me on the 26th, only the next week, on the 30th of June, I phoned George again, they will phone me back. Till today no phone call, I drove to George on the 5th of July, place closed. the same day I notice an apology for Covid19. My question is WHY NOT INFORMING CUSTOMERS ALREADY ON THE 25th of June, I could have shipped with another method new medicine to my daughter.
