A parcel that was dropped at a collection box that is supposed to be collected daily, was left lying there until Thursday afternoon, only after I had made several enquiries as to why it had as yet not been scanned with tracking history. The parcel is a gift for an 18th birthday, for a very close relative immigrating in a few days. I will never use Aramex again, if it is an option on an online delivery. Parcels ordered and sent after this order, have already arrived, this one hasn’t even left the point of origin. Poor show.
At the moment I am definitely not happy with your service. I do not know where my parcel is. when I track it, the tracking only goes as far as the 22 June 2020.
