totally bad service - no response to e-mails and you wont get your parcel so try to use a different shipping company as this one is messed up.

Parcels sent on 23-4-2020 still not delivered. It's 15-6-2020 today. And no tracking updates... Was last scanned on 1-6-2020. This is terrible!!!
