There is not enough information given. Before it would tell you when it arrived at the destination and that it was being sorted for delivery, now there is hardly any information. A parcel I sent yesterday, which is an overnight parcel should've arrived already in East London and all I keep on getting is that it is still in transit and it left Durban last night already. It should've got to the recipient by 6 tonight and it is now 7:30 pm and still hasn't arrived at the recipient.

Ohh worst service ever, was supposed to recieve my parcel on Friday till to date haven't received anything, they keep saying customer not available delivery rescheduled. Have called many times but no change. So frustrated. I am not happy and won't recommend them to anyone. I wanted a 0.0 rating..
You provide horrible service. I have been waiting for my parcel from the 01 June till to date. Whenever I trace on line it shows it being rescheduled for delivery every day. Every day I have been calling from 04 June and I am told it will be delivered on that same day but it never happens. I have used more than R100 already on calls contacting you. This means more than R200 have been paid towards getting my parcel. Will ever get my parcel? What should I do? I deserve a valid reason for all of this, this is very inconvenient.
