Sent my parcel on the 27th of May and today it's the 3rd of June and it hasn't reached its destination.. Also been waiting for another package for 2 whole weeks now

My parcel is shipping from Singapore to Malaysia should be received on the 29th May 2020,but until now I haven't received it yet...
