Bad service really since my parcel arrive in SA Monday of the 25th May till now is in Joburg. I regret the day I saying they can use your global service.

I have send my parcel from Aramex box from Johannesburg to pritoria..but wen I track my parcel it says delivered how on earth is that Nd my client says she didn't receive anything...I need some answers please

The worst service ever I have been waiting for my package from Pretoria to klerksdorp, even when one is tracking the parcel it doesn't move it's still in one place

Overnight delivery as discussed on the phone and ordered and paid for on Thursday morning did not happen despite order being done before half past 8 in the morning. Time sensitive materials that needed the overnight shipping turned into a 5 day debacle with delivery on Monday and no interest in resolving the issue from Aramex nor any contact to inform that the delivery would be delayed.
