I have been waiting for my parcel for so long and even if it's wrong it will delay for me to return it,the service its poor and they don't even answer there calls meanwhile they said they deliver during lockdown

Poor service... I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks and yet every day i get empty promises from them. So disappointed with the service and 1 of your of your agents that gave me a call was very rude and he shouted at me for no reason.

Having a very bad experience with Aramex, it has been saying my parcel is out for delivery for the past three days and I have not recieved it . I tried calling and they keep on promising on delivery but they don't... poor service

I still haven't received my parcel. The person that sent it to Aramex for me to receive said it takes 3-5 days for them to deliver but I still haven't received it..
