Aramex service is very slow been waiting for my parcel from 14/05 today is 21/05 and they using the pandemic as an excuse for not delivering on time

I am so disappointed by the service. In the morning I got an sms that the parcel will be delivered before 12, now it is 20.15 with nothing. I have waited for more than 3 days for this parcel. No one cared to contact me.
