I am very disappointed in the Aramex drop box service. I have sent a parcel from George to Stellenbosch on Thursday the 7th of May. It has still not been delivered in Stellenbosch. The waybill no is DBE 44145032031. I had to phone George, they did not answer their phone 5 minutes to 5 in the afternoon. I phoned Stellenbosch and the did came back to me. It is not a good experience that I had, and I feel that I was promised a 1 day delivery and payed for that, and tomorrow it will be day 3. Very very poor service I hve been waiting for my package since last week Saturday till now l hve got my package its been 1 week 2 days and l hve been calling them severally they aren't picking my calls instead they are putting my calls on voice mail,, I will never use aramex again

Sender was told on Wednesday that parcel will be delivered in EL on Thursday. Its Saturday 13h00 and still nothing. All phones on voicemail. NO service.

Aramex delivery service is poor. I'm told they just rock at your residential property without calling delivery recipient. They did the same practice with my delivery and were unable to deliver since they didn't call nor text/SMS me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Now my parcel will be delivered the following day if I'm lucky.
