My parcel left johannesburg on the 23 march 2020 before lock down and i have not recieved it yet. im very dissapointed i have not recieved it im a nurse working a 12 hour shift i need it i phone this afternoon and Lee said it on the way nothing recieved nobody let me know what is happning and dont blame lock down

My parcel is pending since end March and i’ve been trying to call the customer service number but until now no success and status since end Mar till now 15 April remains the same
