I would like to thank Agnes Motaung from the Vanderbijl Depo for going the extra mile to find and to get my parcel delivered to me promptly during the lockdown. She took the effort to find out about the parcel and listened to me needs and always kept me informed of the progress that was being made. She has excellent People and communication skills. This was a service way above my expectation. I had been struggling with the tracking of my parcel on your tracking web page, had written a email to you contact us page with no response and was about to give your servive a 1 star rating. Then after Agnes’s excellent service I changed it to a 5. Well done Agnes and please keep it up.

I have not received my parcel and it's 4 days now, no one picks up when I call I have been holding for hours in 2 days very poor service

Terrible delivery service. Tracking on the app does not prove much help. Sms’s everyday to state the parcel is out, but its day 3 and have not been delivered. customer service number cuts off after holding on for between 5-7 min each time.
