Terrible delivery service. Tracking on the app does not prove much help. Sms’s everyday to state the parcel is out, but its day 3 and have not been delivered. customer service number cuts off after holding on for between 5-7 min each time.

Sofar I have been extremely impressed by the prompt service from ARAMAX , I just hope that today's parcel also arrive at noon. It was sent yesterday from Port Alfred to PRETORIA. thanks.

What a pathetic service received and yet no knowledge of my parcel. My parcel was dispatched on the 06 March 2020 from Durban to Johannesburg till today the 18 March i have not received it. Nobody has valid feedback as to what happened to the parcel *Some consultant from Cape Town advised that Sandton is a danger zone therefore it was given to an agent?? *the other consultant said it was delivered to me but confirmed an incorrect address?? * Friday the 13 March finally a call was logged and some supervisor ( Amelia or Emelia )said the parcel was given to their driver and he got sick?? really making their internal issues mine how? * 17 March Duane confirmed that my parcel is in their offices and has not been delivered and transferred my call to the supervisor who promised to call me back and nothing has happened. * 18 March (Vanessa or Valencia) transferred my call to the reception to transfer me to the Supervisor who is unavailable. The rude reception had the audacity to tell me that " a call was logged and they will call me when they have feedback and for now they are investigating" The attitude though was enough for me drop the phone. I would recommend Aramex to my worst enemy.
Having made one attempt to deliver a parcel, the courier left a message asking the receiver to call - they did and was told the parcel was being returned to the sender - me. This is rubbish service....I will use postnet to postnet in future. No one answered the phone when I called - is there no way the parcel can be tried again?
