I was notified that the package would have been delivered yesterday before 8pm and it showed out for delivery. waited the whole day - still No delivery.

Is the worst ever, bad service, I will never ever use them again a parcel from Johannesburg to Pretoria it’s day 3 today and it’s not yet delivered

Do not use them! After 4 phone calls and waiting for 2 weeks for my parcel to be redelivered, I can not even give them one star! A total disappointment!!!!!

Only rating 1 star because I cannot submit my review without any stars...Very disappointing with this delivery service. My address didn't state the company name but clearly states the Block and the driver went to the wrong address and apparently couldn't phone because he didn't have service because of load shedding and we didn't load shed today.............by far the worst service I received from a delivery service. I will definitely not use Aramex for personal deliveries.
