VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. DO NOT ASWER ANY PHONE CALLS AND FORWARD E-MAILS WITHOUT A RETURN ADDRESS. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FOR DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CUSTOM COMPLIANCY WITH A "NOREPLY" EMAIL ADDRESS. DIFFICULT TO REPLY TO A "NOREPLY" E-MAIL ADDRESS AND TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY VIA PHONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!

But Im having a problem bout my shipment its taking more than 4 days now,,, how do I email you guys
A really bad company i have a month now ive sent my parcel dec and now they called me to tell me they dont deliever that area i have to pay another 200 so i told them to send it back to me how can i pay 300 for courier and why they didnt tell me the time i sent it really guys this is bad
Been on hold for 20 minutes an no one picks up a phone Got an sms on 18 Jan that parcel was sent for delivery an on 22 Jan still no parcel received
Absolutely rubbish will not use them again.
