Telephone support extremely slow and worth not much. Calls just terminated while waiting. App info outdated. Parcels claimed to be 'out for delivery' since 24 Dec'19 but no attempt to deliver by 7 January. Promise made 4 January to ensure delivery 6 Jan'19 not kept

Two of my training partners bought their shoes on line from Nike, Netherlands after my order and they have received them while I am still waiting from the 20th of December 2019 to today. I am upset. Last update says that the shoes went out for delivery on the 2nd of this month and today is the 6th I am still waiting.
