worst service i have ever come across i dont know why they are still in business sent package on 29th December still has not arrived worst part is they say they dont know where it is

Two of my training partners bought their shoes on line from Nike, Netherlands after my order and they have received them while I am still waiting from the 20th of December 2019 to today. I am upset. Last update says that the shoes went out for delivery on the 2nd of this month and today is the 6th I am still waiting.
