Aramex review by Marlene Rose

My complaint is about the online tracking. I submitted my parcel at the BP Aramex Drop Box in Stellenbosch on 30 December 2019. It contains chronic medication that has to go to Langebaan (surely via Cape Town, which is a "major centre"?). It is now 2 January 2020 and the parcel has not yet been delivered. The tracker only says the parcel has been received at the JOHANNESBURG sorting centre! Under "Detailed tracking results" it gives details ranging from 19 December 2019 to 30 October 2019, all saying the same thing: "Shipment received at Aramex origin sorting facility - Johannesburg" - so actually not current information for my parcel at all. On the Aramex weighbill it says "10. Contact Aramex at any of the above numbers for further queries." - but no numbers are given.
