The online tracking has not been updated. My parcel is still showing its in sandton since the 24th
Very dissapointed. My parcel was sent from jhb on 18 December,not delivered yet,worst part is they can't even track it on the system although the tracking number is on the waybill. They just say sorry,contact the sender it's not scanned on our systems.
Never on time
Website is user unfriendly. Automated sms is ineffective. Terrible service with no care at all regarding customer availability and convenient time. Also, delivery of the shipment within Dubai is slow. Other courier companies are much better!
I've been waiting for my parcel since aramex police said 24hours but it looks like my clients won't get their Christmas gifts on time. I'm so disappointed

I like how convenient it is to use Aramex however when they come to delivery they never ever hoot or ring the doorbell at the gate so no one is aware that they are here and they also don’t call the number that is given to them so they come back every day after that so I only receive my package a few days later. The customer service is literally non existent and we are currently on hold for over 20minutes and no one is answering! How crazy!
