I like how convenient it is to use Aramex however when they come to delivery they never ever hoot or ring the doorbell at the gate so no one is aware that they are here and they also don’t call the number that is given to them so they come back every day after that so I only receive my package a few days later. The customer service is literally non existent and we are currently on hold for over 20minutes and no one is answering! How crazy!

I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN POOR DELIVERY SERVICE. DBP40121677625 AN "OVERNIGHT" WILL BE 5 DAYS OVERDUE TOMORROW - I COULD OF DONE A PAXI PARCEL FOR HALF THE PRICE & THE SAME TIME IF I WAS NOT IN A HURRY TO RECEIVE IT!

Very slow. Was told my stuff will arrive in 7-14 days. Today is 32 days and today its getting delivered, or so they say
