Package still not received at final destination it is now 15h50pm. your tracking services just confirms it has been picked up but no further detail of where package is or estimated time of delivery. On its way to final destination ?????? Absolutely shocked.

5 days and still waiting for a parcel from Cape Town from 01 11 2019. today is Tuesday 05 11 2019. parcel still being sorted.

Terrible service been waiting for my parcel since last week.Online update was last updated on the 30/10/2019 and it’s now the 5/11. 2019 and no word from ur courier service.

My deliveries are just always delayed mybe it's the destination plus thers aren't offices in mthatha because I don't mind going to collect my own parcel from the store because once it arrives at mthatha they can take more than 2days for your delivery to arrive to you but its already in town and it's hard to trace where it is exactly because the parcel has already beem shipped from East London
