Parcel still in Dubai as of the 18th December. Tracking number 40035356211. Very disappointing as personal land documents are urgently required in India.

I am still waiting for my parcel that was dropped off on the 30th. It is now the 4th of January and no-one has called to say where the parcel is. When I call the call centre they just tell me it is with the third party courier. I don’t expect next day delivery as i am not in a main city but this is excessive. Can someone at least call me.
