Disappointing service- My address for delivery is the same for 2 year- I even gave proper instructions and directions to my location to the guy who called to verify- the guy said will deliver today between 3 to 6 pm today, and now parcel delayed till monday-aramex gave lame reason to amazon for delivery delay- this-ARAMEX fixed the address issue, so please check back later for more delivery info. Check and update the address info in Your Account to avoid this issue next time- just bunch of lazy delivery agents your company has. Keep it up.
Aramex thy have poor service i hate it
The service is very slow I sent a parcel last week Monday till now it hasn't reached e receiver.
I sent a parcel to kzn from gauten 20 days ago it hasn't reached its destination even today. Please improve on your service. Hire people who would do their jobs properly and repair your name that is so badly destroyed.
Very dissapointed in service.... Over night.... No 2 working days later and still not delivered. I phoned them and Jack should phone me back but still did not phone. Will never ever use there services again. Hope to be addressed about this poor service... And answers. Rating 0
