My sister sent important documents via Aramax to India on 8 December 2018. The parcel has been on hold in Dubai since 13th. I called Naeema Petersen in Cape Town for assistance to establish why paperwork is on hold in Dubai. She has to date not returned my call with an update on my query. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. If parcel is held in Dubai for whatever reason why have no one contacted the sender highlighting reason for withholding the parcel. Grrrrrrr

I have never received my parcel and evertime when i am phoning Durban offices no one is picking up the call. I want to get the offices so that i can go and collect my parcel

Your service is very disappointing. My parcel was collected from PnP Midrand on the 24th Dec 2017, received by your Bloemfontein sorting area on the 27th Dec 2018 at 7h20 but still has not reached my destination in Aliwal North. Track no. 40108478351. Im concerned that on the 2nd Jan 2019 there will be no one at the premises to receive the parcel as they are all going back to Johannesburg. Your 24hour delivery service is misleading the South Africans. Thank You. Zuki James
