The worst ever service! Package sent from Vanderbijlpark to Standerton on Monday. Still not received! We used Aramex because we thought the service is good. What a disaster! I needed the parcel tomorrow and nobody can tell me where it is. Pathetic! I will be writing a review on HelloPeter as well

Terrible terrible service .My parcel was courier to their depot then nothing. When I called for assistance they insisted I need the tracking number which was the whole reason I was calling to establish a tracking number and I said I don’t have one as I can’t locate my parcel, they couldn’t help . I have not heard where my goods are and I fully paid for them with the store and the independent courier delivered them to their office
