Terrible terrible service .My parcel was courier to their depot then nothing. When I called for assistance they insisted I need the tracking number which was the whole reason I was calling to establish a tracking number and I said I don’t have one as I can’t locate my parcel, they couldn’t help . I have not heard where my goods are and I fully paid for them with the store and the independent courier delivered them to their office

i am disgusted by the service my parcel was received 9th june at the depot then nothing i am disgusted by the level of service or atleast lack of service
