Terrible service. Impossible to contact and tough they phone number never contacted to clear any doubts regarding delivery of package. 10 days since package left Dubai to Lisbon Portugal and wasn't delivered yet or the destinatary being contacted

I'm very disappointed in your service delivery and the lying I was supposed to have received my package last week and your call center kept saying they contacted me with no answer which was all lies because I just contact your witbank branch only to be told that they just received my package and only deliver between 2

I've been waiting for my delivery since Monday, I wish you guys don't promise fast delivery then it'd be okay, but now I'm waiting for this package that has put my life on pause, cause I cannot move on with my plans without it. I'm utterly frustrated and as if that's not it, your call center is the worst call center I've stumbled upon!! Wasting my da*n airtime waiting to speak to a consultant for darn 10-20 minutes what is that?... really this needs Hello Peter. I better get this package today! I better!!!
