When it was Berco I used it a lot, and never had a problem. Now it's become Aramex, there is always some story. Posted my packages on Saturday only to be told 1 is on it's way to Cape town and the other is not even logged yet!!! Oh and the consultant will call me back in 30 minutes....heard THAT one before too. Still waiting!!!

Since 02 July when my order was in transit. Still waiting for it even today, tried to do a follow up and they said last week Friday or Monday. Been waiting ever since. 10 full days still waiting. This is so unreliable
