I have an advise to my brothers out there doing deliveries of tender documents,instead of arriving at the document destination and start looking for the person written on the waybill ,i find it time consuming and our tender documents end up arriving late,they should instead check on the waybill for the whereabouts of the tender box because we clearly state it,it is quite disheartening to miss the closing time of the tender after you have invested so much in it's preparations,hope this information will be disseminated to the relevant people Yours in business
