Very bad service and pathetic. Today is Wednesday and parcel sent Monday morning for Pretoria to date intended recipient hasn't received. They kill business

I was told the next day midday my parcel will be received by the intended recipient, but dololo. I'm so angry cos it's the business documents. This is so wrong and unprofessional. When tracking, their system is lying cos the recipient is a high profile person that has a P.A. and staff officers.
