I have to say with sorry that the service has deteriorated during past years. The shipment was in Dubai for 2 days and is in Karachi for last 2 days, as per update by Aramex.

Item held by custom but nobody from aramex contacted for almost 3 weeks until we find out , very poor service

My results from tracking the parcel says attempted delivery / no one home. I am home the whole time, I never got a call from any one. It you a long time to deliver I did not get to use my product for what I had ordered it for. The ceremony came and my parcel was no where to be seen. So I would definitely not recommend you to anyone.

Very bad service
Been waiting for my parcel since last week Thursday till today it hasn't been delivered. Tracked my parcel and its been in Kimberly since Friday. When I called them today they say the parcel will be delivered before 5 today.

I send 3 items to different locations and nobody received anything.... do not use aramex their service is very poor.
